Natalie Jaresko

Natalia Yaresko is a is a well-known Ukrainian politician and entrepreneur, co-founder and managing partner of Horizon Capital from March 2006 to December 2014, president and chief executive officer of Western NIS Enterprise Fund (WNISEF) from February 2001 to December 2014, Minister of Finance of Ukraine (December 2, 2014 - April 14, 2016). In 2017-2022, she was the executive director of the Financial Management and Control Board of Puerto Rico.
