Stjepan is a scientist and entrepreneur who holds a strong belief that ethics and science are pivotal for sustainable development. He advocates for moving beyond zero-sum fallacies and refraining from viewing others merely as competitive threats.
He holds the position of President of the Supervisory Board at the IEDC Bled School of Management, and is a member of both The European Academy of Sciences and Arts and The Royal Society of Medicine. Stjepan has an extensive publication record, with 168 peer-reviewed papers and several books published through reputable publishers such as Cambridge University Press, Springer Publishing, Elsevier Science, Wiley-Blackwell, and Pergamon Press.
His key projects have been showcased in notable medical journals like the Lancet and the BMJ. Stjepan has also been quoted in leading international media outlets including Bloomberg, Huffington Post, Reuters, CNN, BBC, NBC, Associated Press, and RTL.
As a key entrepreneurial endeavor, Stjepan is a majority shareholder in MPlus Group, a publicly listed company (MRUL). In merely five years, MPlus Group transitioned from a boutique BPTO to a leading player in the CX, E-Commerce, AI, and HR industry, boasting over 13,600 employees and providing services and solutions for more than 300 leading companies across 62 markets.
