Amy C. Edmondson, currently the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at the Harvard Business School, is a renowned figure in the study of human interactions and their role in successful enterprises. Her work emphasizes the importance of psychological safety and organizational learning in the creation of thriving business environments.
Having been consistently recognized by the Thinkers50 global ranking of management thinkers since 2011, Edmondson was ranked #1 in 2021 and 2023. She also received the Thinkers50 Breakthrough Idea Award in 2019 and the Talent Award in 2017. Notably, she was named the Most Influential International Thinker in Human Resources by HR Magazine in 2019.
A prolific author, Edmondson has published over 60 scholarly papers and seven books, including the influential "The Fearless Organization: Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace for Learning, Innovation, and Growth," translated into more than 15 languages.
